Just in case anyone is interested, I posted a problem with a engine light for a 2000 mustang 3.8, code P0411 but only received one response. But if there is anyone else that experience's this issue the problem may be the secondary air pump. This pump is accessible by removing the right front wheel and removing the splash guard.
By replacing this pump seems to have fixed my problem anyway. Check aroundfor prices they ranged for me anywhere from 254.00 to 90.00 for OEM part.
