Okay, so this week I am getting my stang tinted. I am going 20% on the sides and rear, but I am considering doing my w/s as well. My question is what % tint would you guys use on a DD stang. I am tired of the glare that comes into it. What is your opinion on the windshield?

 

I don't think any tint on the windshield is a good idea, but if you have to I wouldn't do anything darker than 70%.

 

Are you talking the whole windshield, or just a tint-strip?

might wanna check the laws on tinted windshields in your state. im pretty sure most states wont let you tint at all below the AS1 line. and if you did tint it, then i wouldn't go any darker than about 50% if you drive at night at all.

 

wow! 25%?! i wouldnt say go that dark, i would go 75% at most, if any on my windshield

And yeah, I wouldn't tint my windshield at all but if you just want that slight shade then don't go over 70% like everyone has said
