Will my 2005 seats bolt into my friends 1995 without modifying the seat tracks, ie: take my seats and without modifying bolt his seat tracks to them then bolting them back into his car?

I have seen S197 seats bolted right into SN95 cars, which means they'll also bolt right into fox cars as well.
