Long story short, I have had my 06 Mustang at 2 different dealers over the last year and a half because the AC has been leaking, The dealers confirm that it is leaking but no one can find where it is leaking at, and warranty runs out in the middle of next month.

Someone was telling me there is a Ford rep person you are supposed to call if the dealer hasn't been able to resolve a situation.

Can someone here tell who that person would be for the St. louis area?

I would just tell the dealership not to give it back to me until it's fixed. Let them replace every part of the system if they have to.

 

are you elligable for a lemon law buy back?

 

look in your owners manual there is a number in there for owner relations
