Default Engine swap

I've got a '96 gt and I want to run low tens. I'm pretty sure the 4.6 won't get me there ; ) so what would be the easiest engine swap for my car? Has anyone else here done this?

Easiest?

Forge your 4.6L, run 15-18PSI on a Vortech blower with full exhaust, drag suspension, and slicks.

Really? I've seen lots of 4.6's at the track and it seems like no matter what is done to them (even with slicks) they can't break 11s. You would think they would, but I just never see it. How much would it cost to forge my 4.6 anyway?
