Default Changing intake mani. 2000 Gt

Okay. I just picked up my new intake manifold and have a few questions. First off I have the new manifold and alternator bracket. thats it. What else is needed. I would like to have everything needed in my garage before i start this project. I have heard that I will need a plug for an additional hole that isn't used, is that correct. if so does anybody know what size?

Any help will be grealty welcomed.

Thanks,
Roy

A plug? If you have a PI intake it should be a bolt on affair. I'd recommend new intake gaskets, but they arent needed ya kno. Once you get the old intake off, pull all 8 plugs, shut the fuel pump off, and spin the motor over and make sure all the cylinders are clear of coolant before proceeding to install the new intake..
