Default Building a "sleeper" GT

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum, and new to Mustangs in general. I am a GM guy , loved my F-Bodies, and now drive an 05 GTO that I have put quite a bit of work into. My wife, is a Mustang girl, and currently drives an 06 GT Convert. I would love to give her car some decent power, but she has made it clear that I am not allowed to do anything that will make it louder or drastically alter its driveability . Cold air and tune are the obvious bolt-ons, but past that I am stumped. Underdrive pulley? Mild Cam/Heads? If I were to go the Cam/Heads route, what kind of hp could I expect with something that has a stock or near stock idle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.
Sorry I didn't state actual goals. I am basicaly looking to get her GT on par with my GTO. My goat is putting down 400 at the wheels, low - mid 12's.

mmm 400hp rwhp gto, ouch boltons wont get u in that level, but with out drasticly changing it, try a centrifical supercharger, set of cams a nice tune and u hang there well.

Reason on Centrifical its soft on the motor and wont hurt it alot imo as in a twin screw like forcing a 10inch bat into a virgin lol ^^ just my .2 cents.

keep the stock gears when u add the blower so fuel be fine.

or go bottle and call it a day... no one can tell if your spraying unless you purge lol

Well I wasn't looking to match HP (her car is much lighter, at least i think it is). What would be a good set up to get an 06 vert into say the high 12's, running the stock exhaust system?
