Default what one??

alright, i need help choosing between two cars (camaro, mustang)both are 2,700 obo.
First
1996 camaro(3800 v6) **200 hp**
130K miles nothings wrong with this car at all,
newer water pump new alternator and new fuel pump
t-tops,bose sound system,tinted windows,

OR

1994 mustang(v6)**146 hp**
113k miles,
rt fender has damage but it is all cosmetic, and the windshield has a crack
had trans replaced a year or so ago.

i need help what one seems better, and on a side note, my grandpa use to work for chevy and use to own a camaro so he knows just about everything about them so engine work would most likely be easy for me. please help me,
thanks,

Well I'd normally say Mustang, but it sounds like the one you're looking at has some problems. If there's really nothing wrong with the camaro I'd say go with it, but you have to realize a 96 camaro with 130k miles isn't worth $2600, try to get the seller to come down.

I would have to agree, I would try to talk the camaro down and buy that. I just have never cared for that generation of mustang and i don't like the fact it already had a trans replaced.

not feelin the v6 models.

you can find some v8 models for around that price.

any reason why you are looking at two v6s?

You should be able to get that camaro for less than 2,000. I'd buy that, the 3.8 is a good engine.
