does anybody know whats happening? i was driving down the road and decided to down shift to 2nd and pucnch it. and about 3 seconds into punching it the gas shuts off?! idk what happened! its done this before and i dont think this is good, can anybody help me please!!??

 

dont double post.. anyway, i would check to see if you have fuel pressure on the fuel line

 

Check and see if you have a loose battery terminal connection

 

id have the exhaust looked at two it might be blocking some of the air and gases from comming out

 

The exhaust would be a problem all the time. Check the battery, like he said. I'll assume you have enough gas in your tank that you dont need a sump or anything like that.

From there. Can we hear a little bit about the car? Any mods? What year, engine, etc...
