Default Synchronizer Problems :(

I drive a 97 Camaro RS
My car wouldnt shift to gear but when i pump it,it does.So i changed the whole clutch spending a lot of money. And after that Its still doing the same thing,I tried leaking the Clutch oil and everything and it still the same,So i took it to the Shop and he said i need a whole new Synchronizer. Then i took it home. Now the real problem is there is no tension on the clutch,I can start the car when i press the clutch in neutral but i cant start it when i have it on any gear. Wat shud i do?I tried pumping it,still aint working!!Im tired of this crap, somebody pls help me out so that i can start it!!
Thanks

MY SECOND GEAR SYNCHRONIZER WENT ON MY CAR AT 25,000 MILES. FORD FIXED IT UNDER WARRANTY. MY ADVISE TO YOU IS GET A REBUILT TRANS OR HAVE YOUR CURRENT ONE FIXED.

Sounds like your clutch is not disengaging. When you pump it you may be getting a bit more out of it because it's hydraulic. Similar to pumping the brakes on a worn drum set up. Sometimes you gain pedal height.

How far up is the pedal when the clutch starts to engage?

you might have air bubbles in the line like you can get with brakes. Bleed the clutch like you would the brakes and that might fix you clutch problem. If not check the slave cylinder and the lines to make sure that it didnt burst anywhere.
As for the trans rebuild kit is the best way to go. Might be the shift linkage orr forks. there should be a rod going from the shifter to the forks and it is possible that you bent it at one point.
