one makes you gay and the other one makes you a man (or woman).
judging other people on their car is stupid, shallow, and lame. Judging cars vs. other cars on their engine is, well, practical but seeing as a 3.8L V6 is still gonna push 190 hp, I don't see anything wrong with the 6. Not to mention, it's still a mustang and I'd still rather hang out and help V6er mustang guys/girls with their cars than give them s**t for not having an 8. Not everyone can afford an 8, or the insurance, or the gas. Life is short, don't be an ***.
Exteriorwise, I think that it depends on whether you're talking about the special edition or not. Some of the GTs had the black honeycomb trim panel along the back between the taillights. (those are the ones with that silver leather Inserts in the interior that looked great new but turned out to be impossible to keep clean/nice). Other than that, there are rear bumper differences (Gt has cutouts for dual exhaust pointed straight back and v6 has single exhaust turned toward the ground and a straight back bumper). Not sure about spoilers but i think the GT had the wing kind (not the two pedestal spoiler where the ends hang off). Gt probably had fog lights. Maybe the GT had nicer wheels? Other than that, I can't think of anything. Not sure when/which models the hood scoop came out for.
