well, m not sure how much money i've got probably around 600-800 to begin with, i got more which i may spend later on. (not going forced induction) I want to keep the car naturally aspirated the mods i had in mind were, short shifter, exhaust system, gears. Im really new at this so i want to find some good websites and get some good help. Also if you guys know any good brands and which things are the best bang for the buck. Thank you very much.

I would highly reccomend 50resto.com and summitracing.com, ebay.com is also good but make sure you do your research on the seller first and the item before you buy anything from there. I wouldn't start off with any modifications, I'd do a good tune up on it, engine oil and filter, pcv valve, plugs, plug wires, air filter, tranny oil and filter, injector cleaner etc. After you get your car all tuned up I'd bump up your timing, remove your air silencer, remove the little mesh screen in your MAF, reset your TPS sensor to .98v, these are all things that you can do at home with some simple tools. As for modifications people usually start out (depending if it's an automatic or not) with some 3.73 or 4.10 gears, higher torque stall converter (auto), shift kit (auto). Then your exhaust, headers, x pipe or h pipe and then some flowmasters for the cat back.

when you first login to this site there is a list of all our registered vendors and plenty of ads for them as well.

I would suggest looking to them.
