manual transmission

Does anyone know if its possible to convert an automatic transmission to a manual transmission for a 2001 v6

The transmission itself cannot be transformed

But I know what you mean. Yes it can be done.

Yes it can be done. But if you have to pay a garage to do the work it's gonna cost you more than it would to just sell the car & buy another one with a standard tranny.
