what are the best mods to put on my 5.0 to make more horsepower and what are the best cheapest heads and intake to put on?

Get some gears, 3.73's to start, I'd get some Edlebrock RPM heads & RPM intake.... + exhaust, headers, h-pipe....How much you have to spend?? ...I could keep going on

would the 351 heads with a gt 40 intake work for now? how much horsepower will they add?
