Default eibach disappointment

i just finished installing a Eibach pro kit in my car, i measured the ride height before and after and i only got about a .5 inch drop front and rear, has anyone else ever run into this?? i was expecting closer to 1.4 drop front and rear.

Where did you measure ride height from? How old are the shocks, struts in the car?

I've heard that you have to drive the car for a bit to let the springs settle. I've never done springs myself though so I'm not sure how true that is.

i measured from the ground to the bottom of the fender lip, i know the proper method is to measure from the axle center line to the bottom of the fender but it really should not matter, as far as the rest of the suspension it has QA1's all the way around, i really cant see it settling another inch. i called Eibach directly and they checked to make sure it had the right springs in the kit, other than that they got nothing!! It still is a noticeable difference and it sits nice i was just looking for a little more

They may settle a bit more, my pro kit did when I had it. Did you keep close attention to where the coils sat when you installed them? Meaning, the end of the spring in the fronts should have been closest to the outside of the control arm (theyres a little pocket for it) and the backs should have the pigtail on the back of the CA, facing the driver side of the car
