Default New from ohio with car troubles

Well im new to this site, and decided to check out cause I've got a car problem and I'm stumped. My g/f has a 96 mustang, that was a gt, and has a cobra motor swap, trans swap, and the entire ground effect kit from a cobra....basically a cobra clone. Anyways it sat for one day,it's been raining and chilly, and she went out to go to work today and nothing. The lights all come on, fuel pump kicks on, but when you turn the key it doesn't do anything. I've gone through all the wiring, checked the fuses, and next is to check the connections on the starter. Anyone have any helpful ideas, or is there anything I could have missed??Thanks in advanced!

Did you buy the car with the Cobra motor in it or did you do the swap?? The reason I ask is I am thinking of installing a 32 valve in replace of my 16V and heard that I needed to replace my 16V ECU w/the 32V ECU but each ECU has the VIN of the car it was installed in. I was wondering if you were using your factory ECU with the Cobra motor.
Some people say you can use your factory ECU, you just have to reflash it.

She got it with the swap unfortunately, so I can't be of aton of help. I know that her computer needs re-flashed to make the rev limiter higher, but beyond that I'm not sure. I know that the odb-2 connector is not on it's afactory location, so that could mean the computer was swapped out.

Also is there a way to bypass the clutch sensor so I know that it's not the reason for these headaches?
