whats up

hey all i got an 05 tacoma X-runner and im thinking about putting a 4.6 liter V8 in it. just thought id find a mustang forum and learn some stuff about the engine before i make my decision.

i know for about $7500 i can get my truck to 375 hp. so lets say i can pick up a 4.6. what kind of power could i get for $7500

A helluva lot more than 375. But horsepower don't mean crap if you can't get the wheels to stick to the ground.

7500 will get u alot, so y do u wanna put a mustang motor in ur toyota truck?

well its a limited production "sports" truck and its not very sporty when it comes to the power side of things. .97 skidpad but only 250 hp i think. and everybody on the XR forum has done all i can think of. its the only way i can think of to set my truck out as truly one of a kind...
