got both door locks replaced by auto locksmith due to attempted theft, car doors open fine, but now factory car alarm goes off and wont start. remote for keyless entry isnt working. last resort would be dealer but not sure if i can trust what they say, might replace door locks again...please help!!

 

I maybe wrong, but I believe that the PATS system, and if the ignition lock was replaced the system needs to be reprogrammed. that is most likely the issue. That is only done thru the dealer.

You need to reprogram your pats system. Be sure, though that when you do you hand over ALL your keys/fobs. To be programmed you need to do them all at once.
