ok i have a 93 mustang gt with a 5.0 and a t5 tranny with a speedo problem i have replaced the speedo cable and the speed sensor and im still having problems with it the speedo jumps and doesnt read the right speed i wana know if any one has any ideas on what i should try next to fix it?

 

Check the cable routing. It must have long gentle bends with as much of it as straight as possible.

Try blasting some lube into the back of the speedometer.

 

Ya thanks I will give the lube a try I checked the bends and its all pretty straight and no sharp bends either does any one have more advise thanks
