Default How much horsepower?

So I have a stock 04' GT = 260rwhp
Then I've added only a k&N intake, 70mm t/b & plenum. Roughly in the ballpark how much horsepower would that be? Am I right to assume 280 something??

That 260hp the New Edge's have is actually at the crank. Stock you probably put around 220 to the wheels. With just those bolt ons (assuming no tune) I wouldn't expect a huge jump in hp. I'd guess +10hp tops.

New Edge is what our model mustang is called, like the old " fox " body. and crank is what pushes you pistons up and down.

HP at the crank (aka flywheep hp) refers to how much the engine makes without factoring in losses due to the drivetrain (trans, rear, etc). RWHP is how much power the car actually makes at the point where the rubber meets the road.

No more than 10hp, but you should have felt better throttle response with the tb&p.

If you liked that, did you also adjust your gas pedal? If not check this, I've done it. $5 from Home depot. All you need is a bag of small zip ties, some small plastic tubing, razor knife, flashlight, and 10 minutes. I could not find clamps small enough to hold that on, so I just used like 5 or 6 zip ties, works like a champ.

Gas Pedal How To

It will respond the second your foot touches the pedal, it is INSANE!
