Default Help! Car Stalling when put in neutral!

So, I had a problem (only sometimes) starting 2 weeks ago where when slowing down and coming to a stop, when I put the car in neutral, the car stalls and therefor causing the brakes to go out. Took it to the garage to have the clutch adjusted and mentioned the no brakes thing. Told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes but did have a stretched clutch cable. Just picked it up with the new cable clutch and although that its shifting better, I am still experiencing the stalling problem. Its ideling about 800 and I think its needs to be raised. Any ideas before I bring it back to the garage tomorrow?

Vaccum hose eh? Okay, thanks! Hope it isnt too expensive. I went back to the shop where I had the clutch fixed and mentioned the problem. They did nothing but accuse me of not knowing how to drive with a clutch. After much convincing that what is happening isnt normal, they still say I just need to 'feel out the clutch' so it doesnt stall. Being pretty insulted, I left and will try to find a place who will beileve me...Or if it isnt too hard, do it myself. Also, when I mentioned that I thought maybe it was ideling too low, they said only a computer can adjust it. Is that true?
