Default I need help!

I have a black Ford Mustang v6 2005 convertible,

Today for the first time I purchased something for my car.

http://www.ninosport.com/Tinted-Brak...005-06-Mustang

http://www.ninosport.com/GT-Styling-...ustang-GT0241S

cost me around $300 for everything. I am 19 and currently unemployed so I saved up my nickels and dimes for a while and I had $300 in change so I purchased these three items to get started.

my question is, I really hate my rims they are the stock ones, I really want to paint them black or maybe powdercoat them. can that be done? will it look nice? and is it expensive?

I dont have alot of money left so I cant afford to buy new ones. tell me what you think about the exhaust i purchased, also does it add any HP?
Thanks

First off, you can easily paint your stock wheels black or powder coat them for a better finish. Usually, the powder coating costs ~$50 per wheel depending on where you go. Just remember that the tires and TPMS (if you have it) will have to be remounted. Many people have done both with acceptable results.

The Boom Tube(s) you purchased is nice, and should give you a nice power increase. People report 8-10hp extra with a muffler delete setup on a GT, so your V6 should pick up 4-5hp extra.

Personally, I don't understand why anyone would want to have darker brake lights. I mean, don't you want people to see that you're stopping? And, I suppose you don't do much night driving either with that headlight tint. To each their own I guess.

If you're wondering where to go with your next mod- check out the Terlingua Mustang. It's one bad-a** V6 Mustang.
