Default Wet engine, use, rebuild or trash?

Hi,
I have a 289 with 302 heads from a 65 mustang that had just been rebuilt and bored it was sitting under a car port on a engine stand when the hurricane blew through and removed the car port. The manifold was off the engine so the engine literally filled with water. I didn’t get around to doing anything with the engine for several months so it sat in this state for a while. Should I junk it or try and rebuild it? How extensive of a rebuild should it be? of should I just try and free it up and go with it?

Thanks

I would at least tear it apart myself to know the full extent of the damage. At the very least, theres gonna be rust in the cylinders, and probably if it got up into the valvetrain as well.
