Default 5 lug conversion

I have an 85 LX coupe 5.0 that I want to do a 5 lug conversion on. I biggest reason for doing it is wheel selection.

I found this artical online that says for my car the cheap way out is to, for the front use 83 to 88 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder fron rotors. It says I can keep my small spindals and brakes. Has anyone ever done this? Will the inner and outter wheel bearings work?

Any help would be great.

I have done a cobra conversion for a 94 gt but nothing older tan that. But this site was very helpful in doing it and they have other conversions as well.

Btw if you are planing to replace them I sugest ordering yourself a stainless steel brake hose kit that includes the front nad rear.
