Default need help please cel problems

hey im new to the mustang world just purchased mine this sunday its a 1993 mustang lx 2.3l 4cyl 2 spark plugs per cylinder just today it started to give me problems i was sitting in traffic when my rpm dropped to 500 and cel came on then when i try to go it wont let me rev past 3000 rpms does anyone knows what can be causing this and how can i fix it thanks

Congrates on the car. I would advise you to go to the 2.3 section, they might be able to help you more.

damn this the ****ing worst mustang forums ever i will not be recommending anybody to this piece of **** site cant even help nobody

well with this pos site, have you ever gotten more info like getting the code read? the only thing I would think affects the rpm like that would be the trans, but you havent told me if its an auto or stick so idk if thats even a place to look. We need as much info as possible to help you, the less info we have the less we can do. Also we directed you to a spot where you could defiantly get a better answer trying to help you.

In the end if you dont like it leave, go **** yourself, and have a nice day

93, goto autozone and have the code read then let us know what the code is.

Could be a plugged cat. Are the exhaust manifolds turning red? Oh yeah... and check the code.
