Default Please Please HELP!! Car runs terrible!

I have a 2005 Mustang GT, it has an MMR streetmod 900 shortblock with the original heads. We did put stiffer springs in it though. Lately the car has been running terribly! I will come to a stop or let it idle and it starts knocking terribly until it dies, then I will get a P0345 code... I replaces both cam position sensors and it still does it. I also notice that as bad as it runs if i get the car over 3500rpm it will smooth out but if I let it get back to idle it starts all over. The weird thing is, is that it only starts after the car has warmed up and gotten to operating temperature. I don't know where to go from here, I don't know if it is the VCT solenoid or if it is the phaser sprocket... I just want to get the bugs worked out.. It seems to be one thing after the other. If someone can help please please post what you know. Thanks for everything.

Check this link. It's a Ford technical service bulletin:http://www.ford-trucks.com/tsb/fullt...php?tsb=06-2-9

Yeah i had seen that service bulletin on it, I think what I am going to do is get rif of the VCT all together. Obviously Ford didn't build it to handle any type of extra stress from stiffer springs and different cams. This will save me the head ache of cam position sensors, VCT Solenoids and Phaser sprockets.
