1968 Coupe quarter window problems

1968 Coupe quarter window problems
I am new here.
I have a 68 Coupe that has both quarter windows off the tracks. I removed the regulator from one side and cannot figure out how to get the rails back in the tracks. Does anyone know of any diagrams available or instructions on how to get the windows working properly? Thanks for any assistance.
