Condesation question

Default Condesation question

I have a 2000 ford mustang that has been dripping I believe to be water. Its not a greasy fluid. Its dripping right underneith the driverside off to the left. Is it normal for mustangs to have condesation during cooler weather. Today its in the 40's here where i live.
