I forgot which years but I do know that my 88 has forged pistons. I think that it was 87-89 or 90. I could be wrong but I'm sure about the 88.

Ive never heard of older foxes having forged pistons???The gt40 motor doesnt even have them,how could the stock stang

Thats right. The '93 GTs and Cobras are when they first started using "Hyperpathetic" pistons. But the '03/'04 Cobras are froged from head to toe.
