Arrow Chip/Programmer Question '01 4.6L

I have done some research but have yet to decide on which programmer would be best for my 2001 Mustang. I have modifications that include: fender mounted cold air intake, 75mm throttle body, BBK off road X pipe, and Flowmaster mufflers and exhaust. Also, I have polished the intake. All this added inflow and outflow helps me easily beat an 05+ GT but I still want more. I have heard a lot of good things about the Diablo programmers, but I was just wanting some input on others and which would deliver the best performance with my setup?? Does anyone have a similar setup that has messed around with programmers that can give me some input?? Thanks very much for your help!

theres not really a best. if your buying a tuner find out where you would take your car if you were to get it dyno tuned (in the event you get some headwork, cams, blower, or nitrous) and ask them what tuner they use. when you get your car dyno tuned they save the tune to your handheld so when you have to replace the battery, you have your tune saved. if you get your car dyno tuned at a shop that doesnt use your handheld (i.e. you buy a diablo but they use SCT or something) then you'll have to buy a new tuner for them to give you a copy of it.
