How do you unblock oil return passage due to broken pieces of stem seals on an earlier 302 engine. Thanks.

 

Do you know where the blockage is? Or are you just worried about it because your seal let go?

 

The garanteed proper way. Rebuild engine. Clean block, pick up screen, rebuild oil pump, heads etc. This way you are accounting for the smaller pieces that end up in the oil pump pick up.

The just got to keep in running and hope for the best way. Dig it all out and suck it out with a wet/dry shop vacuum. Drop the pan and clean out pick up. Maybe even remove intake and check the lifter gallery.
