ok well tomorrow or acually today i'mputting new pads on the rear because there totaly gone and i don't even think help stop the car, which is what i think is making the steering wheel shake because so much weight on thoses brakes. But the front rotors from what i can see are fine and so are the pads.

The front rotors could look fine to the naked eye, but may not be totally flat. Therefore, produce the skaking in the steering wheel.

Yep, definitely rotors warped. You might just invest in some nice slotted. I have seen them from $70+ for slotted on Ebay.

Rear warped rotors will NOT cause the wheel to shake! It would have to be the fronts to do that.Slotted and cross drilled acually warp faster because they disapate the heat to fast and tend to crack and warp

Shaking while stopping usually indicates warped rotors as mentioned above. I'd forget about trying to get them turned and just pop for new rotors along with your pads.
