Default SWEEPING

I noticed our 04 Mach1 does a sweep of the Speedometer and the Tach on startup. The 03 GT doesn't do it at all. Can anyone answer why this is? Or, am I just nuts?

Low battery is the most common and likely cause. For sh*ts and giggles, swap batteries between the two cars and see what happens.

Thank you. I thought it might be something acting up. It's strange though, it starts up with no problems. But, the battery makes sense.
