Today my car runs a lot better and I was able to drive 7miles to work. It only tries to misfire when I accelerate of when it is idles.

I disassembled cops and blow them with pressurized air. I also blow off spark plug wells. I checked spring inside the rubber boots for water - everything was sealed and dry. I also blow 12V connectors on coils.

Unfortunately after I put everything together nothing changed. The car is still trying to misfire.

I called my friend and he recommended me to blow the 42pin connector which connect engine wire harness to ECU. I did it, but still no luck.

PLEASE HELP!!! WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE???

The CEL is not coming on, so it is pointless to scan for error codes, it would not show any.

ohm out your cops, see if 1 or more have abnormal readings compared to the others. and take your air filter and MAF out for the second time and let them sun dry for a couple hours.

Not sure if I understood "see if 1 or more have abnormal readings compared to the others" Do you mean if they have different labels? Something like I have 7 stock ones and one aftermarket cop?

just for future reference, next time you clean the engine bay just use a bottle of detailer and a microfiber towel. Sooooo much easier, does a better job and it wont break anything

Here is my plan of what I should do next:

1) Wait a week and see if it will dry itself
2) Replace spark plugs
3) Replace coil packs with rubber boots
4) Replace intake manifold to make sure there are no vacuum leaks ( I was going to replace it anyway since I have original crappy OEM with plastic crossover which can crack and leak coolant)
5) Fuel injectors???

....Have no clue what can it be
I am totally screwed if my wire harness is not good anymore.

no, ohm them out. if 7 of them read about the same and 1 reads considerably different, its bad.

There is NO WAY soap and water could have caused this amount of damage! You probably have some connectors that are wet and causing a misfire. Just turn on the car with the hood down and allow it to run for a while. Let it idle and get nice and hot under the engine bay. Heating it up will cause any hidden water to evaporate. I just washed my wife's car and motor today and guess what, it STILL RUNS GREAT! Washing the motor will not hurt it. Pressure washing will force water into places you don't want it to go. I clean my motors every few thousand miles to avoid the build of of grime that is harder to get rid of later. I only use water, no detergents or degreasers. I have been maintaining my own vehicles for over 30 years, and I have made my fair share of mistakes. When I tell you it wont hurt is because I learned from experience. I also learned not to use degreasers, they can cause vacuum leaks and other problems.
