Default Stock mid pipe removal suggestions

So I decided to put my x pipe on today or I should say tried. I spent three hours, with my dad, with the car on a lift trying to get the d*** passenger side bolt that you need a swivel for off the header. Sprayed almost a whole can of PB blaster on it. My only option now is to get it to a garage and hope they can get it loose.
I dot think I should be charged morethan $100 for something as basic as installig an x pipe. Just unblt and bolt back up.
How much do you think a garag would charge for this?

I ended up hitting it with an impact really quick. But there you stand a chance with stripping or breaking it off aswell. Your call man. Which ever way you go good luck! I wouldn'nt think a shop would charge much over 1-1 1/2 hours for labor.

if they charge too much for an install, tell em you'll pay em just to put the car on the lift and hit the bolts loose with an impact wrench then just snug them up with a wrench and you'll do it yourself. they cant charge more than 20 minutes of labor on that.

Hmmmm. Good idea. Don't have an impact wrench but I like the idea of getting a garage to loosen them

So now I have a problem. 2 different garages couldn't get that bolt off with impact wrenches. I also used an acetylene flame to heat it which didn't work. Then I even tried a cutting torch which didn't get it to budge either.
Anyone have any out of the ordinary suggestions as to what i can do to get this stupid bolt loose?

Put the other bolt back in and snug it up. If you left the one thats a pain in the *** for last it's going to be double as hard to get off being the only bolt holding it together.

Run the car and then shut it off, wait till it's just warm to the touch, then loosen that one first, then just slightly loosen the other before you back that one out too far. Then you should be set to remove em however you want. Hopefully you didn't weld it on there with the torch lol.

btw those garages should have figured that out...I wouldn't be bringing a car back to either.

Well actually we started with that one. The others were easy to get to so we figured on trying to get the hardest one off first. I'm thinkng now i'm going to have to do somethng major. Possibly drop the subframe a little so I can get a straight path to the bolt w/o using a knuckle. I think I may have to even air chisel it off. I can belive how tight that bolt is.
I almost don't even want to put the pipe on anymore.

LOL. I've never seen a bolt this tight before. This bolt is more than stubborn. I did my catback and that was cake. I figured this would be too. Until I tried to get this bolt loose. I really didn't want to have to pay someone till put on an x pipe. But that's the route I may have to go.
