Default some steering problems

after i installed midlength jba headers on my 02 GT i noticed my steering was way off. checked under the car, and it turns out my steering shaft is touching my driver side header a little bit. any suggestions as to how to relocate the shaft, or should ijust deal with it?

Check these people out these aftermarket steering shafts might be a little smaller in diameter so that it doesn't rub the header.
