Is there anyway to get that hissing sound that u have with a supercharger when u shift without a supercharger? if that makes sense...

 

You mean a turbo hiss? Like a blow off valve from a turbocharger?

If you mean turbo, you can get a fake blow off piece that goes in your exhuast tip off of ebay. It supposedly makes it sound like you have a turbo, but i think that's a silly idea.

rig up an air compressor that shoots air outta your car when you push a button.

Get a densecharger(tunableinduction.com) a Mac 75mm TB, and a C&L plenum. Mine makes a sweet whitle sound when i first step on the gas and everyone of my friends says it sounds like a turbo spooling up.

 

so it comes from a turbo and not a sc? i was always told that it comes from the sc??.. Thats kool because next summer im goin to be turboin my stang anyways. I once heard a mustang at the track and every time it shifted u heard this "psss" sound like there was pressure being released from a line thats the kinda sound i wanna get..
