I have a 01 bullit, mac o/r H pipe, and magnas.. I went to get it tested and it failed.. brought a some codes.. it didnt pass cat bank 1 and 2.. I think it said.. I still have the 02 sensors in it, now is there any way to run to autozone, pop in a scan tool and erase the codes and try again? How do the codes work.. it would be nice not to have to buy a new catted mid pipe. Thanks for any help

 

Get some MIL eliminators and put them on the rear O2 sensors. That should keep the Check engine light off.

 

Also that probably won't help if they are "sniffing" your exhaust.

 

You need to get a catted h-pipe for the time being, get a used one off of ebay or if you have your old stock one put that on until you pass.
