Default AOD with wrong fluid :O

Hi all, I have what I believe to be an 87 AOD trans in a 1967 Cougar.. I think I put a liter or two of Type F in it when it was low last (before I knew it needed Mercon.. )

Now from what I have read I can drain 2/3 of the fluid by dropping the pan alone.. the other 1/3 will be trapped in the torque converter.. If I do this and fill it back up with Mercon then there shouldn't be more than %7-8 of type f left in the mix right? Or is there a drain plug on the AOD converter?? I think I may have read somewhere that there is.

The car has not been driven more than 5 miles since this was added, so i am hoping ZERO damage was done

TIA GUYS!

Does anyone know if there is a drain plug on the AOD torque converter?

Also I have heard rumor they take 12qts to fill back up?
