I own a black 99 GT 35 anniversary...5 speed....i was wondering if anyone could give some advice on how i could squeeze some horsepower out of my ride.....the only aftermarket stuff i have is the k&n filter with pro performance air kit.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

I'd get an exhaust ..headers,x pipe, catback first

 

Bigger TB and larger injectors and higher out put fuel pump.

i wouldnt do any of those unless i was running boost except maybe a 70mm tb and i would only do that if there was almost nothing left to do NA</P>

 

Ignition, MAF, full exhaust, Gears, shifter - way better but no hp help, little stuff that you can do like timing, new plugs and wires.</P>


Going deeper, get some PI heads, intake manifold, TB, injectors, fuel pump/regulator, new clutch.</P>

yeah a larger throttle body, headers, cat-back exhaust will give u a nice gain <IMG src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">and than maybe a cat-delete pipe/test pipe or a hi-flo cat.

Nothing, even if you upgraded your ignition, what you have now is fine.</P>

 

engine=air pump more air in more air out more power..</P>


mass air with tb and upper plen.... plus headers, x pipe and good mufflers and you could see 35 hp or possible more </P>
