Anything can be done but there would be no advantage to this that I could think of.You can easily blow up an engine with either one all by itself.I guess you could use a S/C to overcome the lag that would show itself with a huge turbo while it was winding up.
Of course it can be done, but that does not mean it should be look at that 57 Chevy that had 8 turbos it only made 1200 hp which is alot, but there are cars making well over that with a single or two small turbos. Both a turbo and a S/C heat air alot, so with both a huge intercooler would be needed. In reality a single trubo (in some cases twin turbo) or S/C will be the best way to make power. It is however very common to spray a small amount of nitrous in a turbo or S/C motor, this gives a huge decrease in the incoming air tempurature, which helps make even more power.

And I was wrong about the power, it was only 710 hp. It's a cool car and all but just a example of why more is not always better.
