Default clutch problems

ive got an 02 mustang, and a couple months after i bought i replaced the clutch. a couple months in ive noticed that the friction point of the clutch is very close to the top of the release point of the pedal. is this normal or should i be more careful on my clutch as to not have to put another one in?? any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you done the factory adjustment. Stick your foot under the pedal and pull up on it. Then push down on it.

when it was first installed the friction point was close to the bottom, but now over a couple months it has risen dramatically

If you've checked this, it's possible the auto clutch adjuster needs to be replaced.
