Hi everyone. I'm on here trying to get my son some help with his 1991 GT Mustang 5.0. He is wanting to spend a little money to make his ride faster and needs to know what would be his best bang for his buck. he has $500 he is wanting to spend. what could he buy for that amount of money to get the most performance out of his car? Thanks to any and all who reply.

 

for 500$ I'd say nitrous but I would never put it on anything I drive.

I hope he knows street use of Nawwzzz is illegal.. but is great on the track.

The next best bang for the buck doesn't actually make more horsepower BUT will make the car a lot quicker.. throw some 4.11 gears in the rear diff.

 

it already has 4.10 gears in it also

 

well if he already has gears I would say nitrous also...

 

he has 100 shot of nitrous and 4.10 gears but that is the extent of his mods on the car. Anything else?

 

exhaust if he doesnt have it. wont add much for power but it will get the growl we all love.
