SCT XCAL3 Questions
I bought a married Xcal3 X3 for $20. I know its $150 to get it divorced. Puts me up to $170 invested. My question is I downloaded Advantage III and it says there is no dongle present. I did a google search on a dongle, and found that its a usb flash drive with a key to allow the software to run.
Reason I bought it was, is that I am rewiring my 96GT with an 2002 harness and have everything 2002 for it(sensors, eec, etc) and wanted it to turn off pats on the new eec and help tune the car for my 32v swap.
Are the dongles universal from one user to another? Did these come with the tuners? Is the software necessary to use email tunes?
