hello everyone ^.^

i'm new here its my first thread i'm not sure if this is the right section so if its not you guys can move it if its ok

before i start i hope u guys are fine and great

well i have mustang model 2003 gt and its auto which i hate =p dont ask me why i bought it bcz its long story pla pla pla lol

anw , i want to change it to manual many of my friends told me to not even thinks about it , its bad idea

so i have few questions to ask you pros :] , is it good idea ? and if its not why ?
someone told me that i will have problems with clutch but he wasn't sure why

and what do i need to change it to manual which i will do kinda for sure :$ ,
and do i need to change the car computer ?

the last question , how much you guys think its will cost ? something arund 2k , 2.5k ?

and have a nice day guys i have many more questions lol but i will ask it laters

If you browse around this forum you'll see this question gets asked a lot.. Bottom line is trust your friends opinion. It's actually cheaper to just sell the car & buy one with a standard tranny..

yeah but you dont know how hard it is to sell a auto mustang here , its realy pain last time i tried to sell it someone came to me and said , 1k dollars , i told him dont show me your face again in this life !.!

Definitely better off selling it and getting a manual of the same model. You won't much, nor will you gain much, but theres going to be quite a long parts list if you have any intention on going through with it, not to forget the amount of man-hours and cost of labour...

If you are infact in kuwait, it'd probably be easier to just pay to have the swap done
