Default new pulleys and cam

im looking to invest in new pulleys and a cam, can any1 give me a specific brand for each of those, im talkin best performance and all that, b/c i cant decide, thanks

and for a cam... Ford Motorsport E303 cam

ive heard sumthin bout this 1.. and by the way its an 87 5.0 if ur wondering for the pulleys and camshaft

sick, thanks for the word, i just emailed him.. he can get me real good pulleys u think?? ill take it.. alright back to the cam, do u think the 1 i listed above is a good 1 for my car???

That cam isn't bad for a almost stock car, adds a nice sound and about 10-15hp with out H/C/I

well my car isnt stock at all, at least the motor isnt, smae with alot of other stuff, so what cam do u suggest now? the same 1 or different 1?

If you list all your mods along with what trans and rear gear you have it will be a lot easier to suggest a cam. It also would be helpfull to know what you want out of the car i.e. is it a daily driver or just a weekend street/strip toy?

cams work with intake resonance, exhaust's reverse charging resonance, and cylinder compression. if you haven't modified your exhaust, intake, or cylinders, then you can say you need a cam for a stock engine.
