I have a rio red 1997 cobra whats a good tinting to go with for rear and front windows

 

for the rear i would go limo which is 5%. for the front its up to you. It depends where u live at and what laws they have for tinting windows. 20% in the front looks good. Its a little dark but sometimes the cops can be little bitches about it. Just go into a tint shop and asked them.

 

Tint the windows really dark black. That always looks good, especially on red. Check your state laws to make sure that whatever you do is legal though.

 

Cops around here hate my guts. I used to drive a police car like a nut and they were after me, now that I have stang they are really after me. It seem that whenever I exceed speed limit by 20 mph there is no dubt a copper on my back. They watching me. []

I'd leave my windows untined, but I don't want to damage the inside. I'm going with 30% black tint.

 

in my opinion ive always liked the uniform look ie: the same level of tint all the way around so whatever the law is for fronts go for it on the other windows too

 

tint it all like 15%, thats what mine is and i havent got stopped once,(for the windows) in texas, and plus it looks badass with my stang bein black

 

i did 5 percent fer tha back n quarters, it looks good but i was thinkin of only 20 fer tha sides but i tohught it wud be a little to dark fer tha cops liking, so i put on 35, havent got stopped once fer it and see them everyday. looks not too bad you can see the figures of ppl in it.

 

By the way, when mustang's visibility is compared to that of a crown vic's, mustang sucks. 1) hard to back up straight, 2) hard to know how close you are to other cars, 3) can't see well in the rear view mirror, angle of the rear windshield sucks 4) can't see well in side mirrors, sucks! That's why I don't want dark tint.

But, car is light and has a lot of power, that all amounts for taking corners at rediculusly high speeds and never loosing it.

 

5 percent on the back three and 20 percent or 50 percent on the sides..

 

mines 5% on hatch and quarter windows, front is untinted. its already a cop magnet being red and loud, i figured why give them another reason to pull me over
