Default Dent/Chip Repair

So I've lived in Dallas, TX for a little over two years now, and have managed to accumulate a nice collection of dings, dents and chipped paint. Just about all of the dents can be taken out by PDR, but I do have a question about one. Could this particular dent next to the driver's side headlight be taken out PDR style or, because of the body crease would this be a fill and paint job via stay at the body shop.

Additionally, I am going to fill paint chips as well, once I get a new place with a garage. Has anyone had any experience with repainting chips in Mineral Grey? i.e if you get the paint from the dealer does it match pretty well? Or is it really hard to match? Also I have heard really good things about the 3M kit for scratches and chips. Thoughts?

I also looked around and found a write up of sorts on the 3M Kit

Thanks

Nevermind, I looked at the website. Good link, `preciate it. Anyone have any opinions on whether the dent can be taken out of the car via Paintless Dent Removal?
