So now when i go to shift into third gear it grinds no matter what rpm...... Yes i was beating on it and everytime i would shift to third hard or fast i would get a grind (never when normal driving before though), anyone got ideas

 

Going in to 3rd from 2nd at low or high rpms now you get a grind even if its a hard shift to 3rd at low R's..... My car is all stock took a friend out and some powershifting into third with a grind every time (3 times maybe 4). Now a grind every time. Also i just noticed everytime i press my clutch in i hear a squeak, the squeak outside the car is much louder.
Curious need new trans rebuild just clutch adjusting cable? not really familiar with manual trans issuses....

Rebuild the trans, new synchros etc and get a better clutch, and don't drive like an idiot.

 

Plus 1 on the centerforce. Mine takes a daily beating and begs for more
