I have and 1989 mustang 5.0 with a ford e 303 cam trying to find the Wright tuning to make it run and idle correct. Car also has bbk cold air intake edlebrock performance 2 upper and lower intakes, exhaust as well. Can the stock computer handle to what I have done to the car or do i need to get the computer flashed to make run wright.

No, you can't flash a stock eec-iv.

Find a local tuner and they can help you out. Go to SCT's website and do a search for dealers in your area.
